No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited. FACE Magazine's VINYL Tree Giveaway is open to all legal U.S. residents 18 years old and older. Employees of FACE Magazine and VINYL Modern Sign Concepts and their immediate families (spouses, parents, grandparents, children, siblings, grandchildren and/or people connected through legal guardianship) may not participate and are not eligible to win.
HOW TO ENTER
Entries will be accepted from until 5 p.m. Monday, Nov. 24. To enter, fill out the contest form at www.facelafayette.com. Only one entry will be accepted for each valid e-mail address and phone number. FACE Magazine reserves the right to request additional information and may change the rules of the VINYL Tree Giveaway at its discretion.
HOW TO CLAIM THE PRIZE
FACE Magazine will contact the winner via the e-mail address and/or phone number provided on the valid entry form. Prizes may be claimed during regular business hours at FACE Magazine's office, 218 Rue Louis XIV, Suite C, or through arrangements made between the winner and FACE associates. The winner must submit a valid photo ID in order to redeem the prize and also must sign a form of verification. By signing the verification form, the winning party agrees FACE Magazine has the right to publicize his or her name and/or likeness to promote future contests. Acceptance of the prize frees FACE Magazine, VINYL Modern Sign Concepts and their affiliates, employees and related entities from any and all liability claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses of any kind to persons and property that may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of the prize or while traveling to, preparing for and/or participating in any prize-related activity.
